HOTEL QUINTA MERCEDES

Una excelente opción de hospedaje. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel, el diseño de las habitaciones es de muy buen gusto. El servicio y la atención son un punto muy fuerte. Altamente recomendable.

Es un hotel pequeño y acogedor. Limpio, se ven nuevas las instalaciones. La ubicación no está lejos del centro son 20 minutos caminando, está en alto, llevar buena condición física y auto mediano o chico ayuda. Buena opción.

After a full day of sightseeing, the only thing I want is a restful sleep. And in this hotel I found what I was looking for. It is new, clean, organized, pleasant and, most importantly, quiet. It is far from a noisy street and internally there is no noise either. Just getting there seems complicated at first, but It's not. If you are on your feet, DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS, It will send you up steep stairs and through strange alleys. Look at the map and see that there is a street called “C. Pastita”, It is what connects everything and It is where you have to walk to and from the city center. It’s a busy street, you can use your cell phone without any problems. You just have to know at which point on this street you enter a small alley that will connect you to the hotel. I attached a photo to make it easier. After a few times, you'll see how easy it is.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse. No conocía la ciudad, y hacerlo desde este lugar me fue muy sencillo, aunque la llegada no es lo más sencillo, siempre se puede hacer guiándose por Google Maps. Las instalaciones son nuevas, super limpias y la atención del personal es muy buena, guardando siempre la distancia para no sentirnos invadidos. Gran lugar al que sin duda vuelvo.

Such a lovely hotel in the old city of Guanajuato! Rooms are spacious and cutely furnished, beds comfortable and clean. Staff and managers are all very friendly and hospitable. All my needs have been well taken care of. Although it is not located in the heart of the centro area, it is just a short easy walk away. It is definitely a better choice if you value quiet sleep at night! The breakfast included is exceptional as well- it’s offered at one of the most renowned restaurants in the city center. Quinta Mercedes has rendered my time in Guanajuato so much more enjoyable!

I can't remember a more comfortable hotel bed. The hotel had only been open three months when we stayed there last month, February, 2024, so everything is new and clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk (less than a mile) from the centro historico. They have a very friendly, accommodating staff. It's a little tricky to find the right callejon that leads to the front gate, but, Allen the front desk/hotel manager, graciously met us in the street below and led us up to the hotel gate and parking area. I would stay here again.

一泊だけ泊まりましたが、連泊したかったホテルでした。 建物は新しく、清潔で、部屋からの景色もよし。 英語もできるスタッフもいますし、対応が非常に丁寧でした。 少し中心地から離れていましたが、逆にローカルな雰囲気を味わえて良かったです。 お値段も安く、お勧めなホテルです。
